Jack takes a break at Hilltop before heading down the road. This is sped up very fast so you can see the daylight fade. At some point the camera’s time clock locks up.

Jack gives the guard rail a love tap
Here’s a short video from last year where Jack bumps a guard rail as he’s going through a snow drift, passes by a large drift, and then continues on his merry way.
Grizzly Bear Close Encounter!
We are absolutely positive that we will never again have this close of an encounter with a grizzly bear! (Or at least we hope we won’t!)
This “griz” was right on the side of the road, digging up roots and eating them. We took photos from the truck. He paid us no heed at all.
